Born in Karlsruhe, Germany, and raised in many different parts of Germany as well as abroad, I developed an early ability to adapt and empathize with a new environment and especially with people. The later experiences in the old people’s home and nursing home (civilian service) and the journeys in some continents of on this earth, which I made after the Abitur, promoted my openness in relation to new cultures and the contact with humans of (each) all ages. My two therapeutically and heuristically active parents also developed an early interest in working with people and in particular the connections between body, soul and spirit in the sense of holistic medicine.

For me, massage in full presence has become one of the most important tools to re-establish contact with one’s body and to come into a deep relaxation which enables one to regain one’s own healing powers.

• Three-year full-time alternative practitioner training at the Institute for Phytotherapy in Berlin with a focus on massage (classical massage, foot reflexology, connective tissue and cupping head massage, trigger points), phytotherapy and homeopathy
• IfP Outpatient clinic in homeopathy and phytotherapy
• Heilpraktiker Admission to the District Office Lichtenberg of Berlin since 2009
• Individual Coaching Training in 2011
• Further training as Life Trainer & Systemic Coach in 2012
• Advanced training in classical massage with Hartmut Schappeler
• Since 2016 EMR & ASCA recognized naturopath with diploma from the Paracelsus School Zurich
  in nutritional counselling, massage therapies and phytotherapy.
