Cancellation of appointments

The customer has the right to cancel a booked service free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the service. After that, a free withdrawal is no longer possible and regardless of the use of the service, the full amount is payable to Jacobsen-Massage, or if a service is booked with a Smartbox voucher, this expires. However, the service may be assigned in its entirety to another person by arrangement. Jacobsen-Massage reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments at short notice in urgent cases.

 

Cancellation in case of illness or accident

If a subscription can no longer be used due to illness or accident, there is the possibility, upon presentation of a doctor’s certificate, to receive the service later within the regular term of the subscription or to assign it to another person after consultation. In case of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the beginning of the service, only a handling fee of CHF 10.- has to be paid to Jacobsen-Massage after presentation of a doctor’s certificate. No individual services or subscriptions will be refunded.

 

Punctuality/Lateness

In order to avoid unnecessary waiting times, individual, fixed treatment appointments are made. These appointments are reserved only and exclusively for you. Therefore, in case of late arrival, the treatment time cannot be extended.

 

Privacy

All treatments are subject to confidentiality by the treating therapist. Customer data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

 

Insurance/Liability

Any injuries and physical ailments as well as pregnancy must be reported to the therapist prior to treatment.
If, despite professional application, consequential damages occur due to the fact that a customer has concealed reasons for exclusion, the therapist is exempt from any liability. The same applies to damages that occur because a reason for exclusion was not known to the customer himself and was not recognizable to the therapist.

 

Health insurance

We are recognized by health insurance companies listed with the EMR/ASCA/EGK/Visana for massage practices(NHP), craniosacral therapy and traditional chinese medicine.
